These Terms and Condition govern your use of the mobile applications provided by Mahathuen Leasing Public Company (MHTL). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing and using the Application you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms including any additional terms and conditions and any policies referenced herein.

 

1. Use of the Application

When you register for a Mahathuen account we will ask you to provide your personal information including a valid email address, a mobile phone number and a unique password. Your unique password should not be shared with anyone and you agree to keep it secret at all times. You are solely responsible for keeping your password safe. Save for cases of fraud or abuse which are not your fault, you accept that all Transaction placed under your Mahathuen account are your sole responsibility.

2. Restrictions

The following is a list of the types of conduct that are illegal or prohibited on the Application. MHTL reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in MHTL's sole discretion, engages in any of the prohibited activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Using the Application for any purpose in violation of local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
• Posting content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person.
• Posting content that depicts any dangerous, life-threatening, or otherwise risky behavior.
• Posting telephone numbers, street addresses, or last names of another person.
• Posting anything that may be “spam”.
• Impersonating another person when posting content.
• harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, and service marks, including these Terms as displayed on the Application or in our marketing material, whether registered or unregistered, are the intellectual property of MHTL and/or third parties who have authorized us with the use (collectively the “Trademarks”). You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify these Trademarks in any way without our prior express written consent.

4. Loan application

Loan application via app, you must provide accurate information, so that MHTL can validate, consider and can contact back to customer. Do not enter fake information, Impersonate or Enter other people's information

 

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from you when you posted or submit Loan Request, the information that personally identifies you and/or your location, where required (this may include your name, email address, home address, telephone number, geolocation, etc.), but only when you voluntarily give it to us. We collect this information exclusively to carry out the functions offered on the Term and Condition. We might collect this personal information through: Registering, Posting, Loan Request, we do not collect sensitive information about you.

How will we use the information we collect from you?

You consent to MHTL collecting and using your personal information for facilitate provide   MHTL Loan information. In particular you expressly consent that MHTL may disclose your personal information, including your name, email address, physical address and telephone number to either employed by MHTL or by third parties related providing credit. You consent to MHTL using your personal information for advertising and direct marketing purposes in order to inform you about the goods and services it provides, or other matters that it believes will be of interest to you. You consent MHTL to notify payment message, debt collection, marketing and direct or indirect advertising. MHTL may disclose your personal information, including your name, email address, physical address and telephone number to other people when you post product in Mahathuen Mobile app. If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving direct marketing communications from MHTL or do not want us to share your personal information with other parties, please e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or follow the steps to unsubscribe which are presented in every communication you receive from us, requesting your personal information be removed from our mailing list. We will use reasonable endeavors to comply with your request within a reasonable period of receipt of your request. Please note that the withdrawal of any authorizations for processing of your personal information by third parties may result in us not being able to provide you with any services. MHTL reserves the right to disclose your personal information if it is required or authorized to do so by law, or, if it is reasonably necessary in its opinion to protect the rights or property of MHTL or any third party, or to avoid injury to any person. If the MHTL business is sold or merges with another entity then some or all of your personal information may be passed to a third party.

Access to your information

You may contact us to correct any of your personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, or to request that your personal information be deleted. We will use reasonable endeavors to correct or delete your personal information as requested within a reasonable period of receipt of your request. Deletion of your account with MHTL will not automatically delete the personal information held about you. If you would like MHTL to delete all personal information together with the deletion of your account, please follow the steps mentioned-above. Please note that the deletion of your personal information from our database will result in us not being able to provide you with any services. If applicable, any legal requirement on us to maintain certain records of your personal information shall prevail over any of your requests. We may require you to prove your identity before providing you with copies of your personal information.
